My cousin is starting a marshmallow business called Sugar Knife Marshmallows. Go check out her Kickstarter. Chicken and Waffles Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Buttermilk Cupcake:
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Maple Buttercream Frosting:
1/2 Cup Softened butter
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Fried Chicken (Karaage Style):
1 Pound Chicken Breast or Thigh
1 Tbsp Ginger Juice
1 Clove Crushed Ginger
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
5 Tbsp Sake (or cooking wine)
A dash of Sesame oil
Corn starch to coat marinated chicken
Oil for frying
*Drizzle maple syrup on cupcake to be extra fat*
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Medley Cupcakes
Cupcakes:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cup Four
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
Peanut butter frosting:
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
~1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1-3 Tbsp Milk

Easy Coffee Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
1 Box Jell-o Dark Chocolate Mousse
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Coffee
Mix Whipping Cream until stiff. Add Coffee and Jell-o box and mix for another four minutes. Pour into container and chill for an hour :]
Creme Brulee
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Vanilla
5 Egg Yolks
~4 Tbsp Sugar for top coat
1. While heating cream on stove to almost a boil, mix egg yolks and sugar together in a large bowl
2. Slowly blend cream and egg mixture together, then strain to get out any clumps, add vanilla
3. Pour into 4 ramekins or 1 large dish
4. Place ramekins/dish into a baking pan and fill halfway with boiling water
5. Bake at 300F for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
6. Chill in refrigerator until cold, sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar on top, then caramelize with a blowtorch (If you don’t have a blowtorch, put under broiler for a few minutes

Ingredients:
2 Cups flour
2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup milk
4 chai tea teabags
Whipped Cream
Cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon for garnish

Cupcake-
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Coconut Extract

Caramel Frosting-
2 Sticks Butter
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup milk
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Cups Powedered Sugar
