**The directions for the cupcakes are all about the same. - Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. - Mix the others in another(besides the liquid, [the milk or water]). - Mix the ingredients together, alternating between the dry ingredients and the liquid. - bake at 350 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. GOOD LUCK!

Easy Coffee Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients1 Box Jell-o Dark Chocolate Mousse1/2 Cup Whipping Cream1/2 Cup Coffee
Mix Whipping Cream until stiff. Add Coffee and Jell-o box and mix for another four minutes. Pour into container and chill for an hour :]

Pour into 4 ramekins or 1 large dish4. Place ramekins/dish into a baking pan and fill halfway with boiling water5. Bake at 300F for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean6. Chill in refrigerator until cold, sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar on top, then caramelize with a blowtorch (If you don’t have a blowtorch, put under broiler for a few minutes
